Responsabilidades

The Production Manager will report to the Operations Manager and focus on achieving production and customer commitments while adhering to world-class manufacturing practices related to safety, quality control, and on-time delivery. This role emphasizes talent development, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; promote a safety culture.- Implement and maintain world-class quality control standards.
- Oversee daily operations and meet production goals accurately and timely.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes alongside functional teams.
- Manage and execute production schedules effectively.
- Collaborate on product introductions to achieve objectives.
- Enhance productivity by reducing cycle times and waste.
- Provide leadership to Supervisors, establishing objectives and accountability.
- Enable visual factory controls on the production floor.
- Conduct Tier and Gemba activities with the team.
- Partner with HR for employee services, recruiting, training, and development.
- Initiate improvements to the employee work environment.
Requisitos
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Over 5 years of experience in a Production Manager role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
- Effective communication and leadership skills for team development.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- US Visa required.
