The Process Engineering & Maintenance Manager will lead and manage all engineering and maintenance functions related to sensor production lines. This role is responsible for ensuring high equipment uptime, robust process controls, and strong support for troubleshooting and technical challenges. The position also plays a key role in ramping up new production lines, driving productivity improvements and fostering a culture of safety first.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, implement process improvements, and manage cross-functional projects.
- Solid understanding of maintenance systems, preventive/predictive maintenance, and related management software/tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people development skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
