The Planning and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes. This role involves demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and coordinating logistics to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role supports the Electrification team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, production planning, and timely material availability to meet customer requirements. It involves close coordination with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Plan and schedule production or procurement activities to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify process improvements to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Prepare regular reports and performance metrics related to planning and fulfillment.
- Support MPS & MRP processes and cross-functional planning meetings.

Qualifications for the role
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, fulfillment, logistics, or related roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Knowledge in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
