Performance Tester

What you’ll do?

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools like Gatling, JMeter/ K6.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Ability to mimic production conditions.
• Design and implement performance test strategies for web, mobile, API and backend systems.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g. New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on performance findings.
• Contribute to continuous performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our systems across web, mobile, API, and backend platforms.
