POSITION SUMMARY
- The NPDI supports the team in executing materials transformation initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow in supply chain transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze data related to materials management and inventory.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and identifying trends or anomalies.
- Collaborate with site teams to gather feedback and support change management.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Experience in analyzing open purchase orders.
- 4-8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- May travel to different office or plants locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.
- VISA (desirable).
