We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient .NET Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, leadership capabilities, and experience with BI tools and SQL Server. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient .NET Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, leadership capabilities, and experience with BI tools and SQL Server. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage projects and teams, and a deep understanding of enterprise-level software development.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server and BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- 10+ years of Experience in Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Dev Tools.
- Experience working in Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
- Experience across the full system development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with US retail power markets is a plus.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools like SonarQube, and Git.
- Knowledge of additional front-end or back-end technologies is a plus.

- Maintain and upgrade software following deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software systems.
