Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Material Planning Analyst, the Material Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the materials and production functions. Ensure the supply of materials for the fulfillment of the Production plan from the opening of Work Orders.

What a typical day looks like

• Supports inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling.
• Perform general reporting and analysis activities for production of production cards.
• Assist in supply chain transfer and risk management.
• Manage CTB and shortage reports.
• Manage and control all data analysis tools.
• Support in customer meetings.
• Excess and shortage analysis.
• Inventory forecasting.
• Demand loading.
• Forecast analysis.
• Care and maintenance of planning metrics.
• Direct customer contact.

Experience we are looking for to join our team:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the areas of purchasing, planning, inventory and demand analysis and MRP.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of CTB.
• Knowledge of planning.
• ERP (Baan, SAP, Oracle).
• Conversational English.
• Knowledge in Kinaxis as a plus.
