This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Manufacturing Engineer - Cooper Lighting Solutions in Monterrey with Signify.
This role is responsible for improving products, processes and machinery of the Production Unit (PU) in safety, yields, efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production.
Define and implement technical conditions for continuous and sustainable production processes.
Assure Preventive and Corrective maintenance within the area of responsibility.
Responsible within the area of responsibility for Maintenance Compliance and Maintenance Metrics.
Manages and coaches the technical manufacturing team on KPI’s improvement and sustainability.
Responsible for deploying and executing continuous improvement capabilities in production unit.
Process Documentation and Implementation, Equipment and Fixtures validation and mfg release, and its corresponding technical support.
Lead process improvement initiatives by taking actions to reach performance targets.
Develop new technical capabilities and provide the required training to the technical support team.

Bachelor's degree completed - Mechatronics, Mechanical Electric Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
+4 years of experience on similar position.
Technology understanding to define tools, equipment and methodologies for products assembly processes.
Analysis and improvement of assembly processes and ergonomics to improve efficiency, quality metrics and cost reduction.
Drives Operational Excellence, Lean methodology and tools, Cost Reduction Projects.
Knowledge of environmental, safety, ergonomics and quality regulations.
Experience in automated assembly processes (a plus).
Advanced/Fluent English is a MUST - mandatory.
