Consulting Track Record: Minimum of 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a significant tenure (e.g., Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or similar) at a top-tier global management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte Strategy & Analytics). This foundational experience is paramount.
Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a top-tier university is highly preferred.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute complex business strategies in dynamic international environments.
Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams, particularly in a cross-cultural context.
Operational Savvy: Strong understanding of operational efficiency and process optimization, with a track record of driving tangible results.
Market Experience: Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, particularly Mexico, with experience in market entry, growth, and partnership development.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. German proficiency is a significant plus.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive business strategy for LATAM, aligning with global objectives and market demands. Identify new growth opportunities and refine existing recruitment pipelines from Mexico and other LATAM countries.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to placement. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team in Mexico. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and exceptional client/candidate service.
Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with key organizations and institutions across LATAM to secure a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
Financial Performance: Manage the P&L for the LATAM region, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met while optimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the LATAM operations and global headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recruitment and operational activities comply with local labor laws, international regulations, and ethical standards.
