How will you contribute to our magical experience?

Support the development and execution of learning programs and talent solutions to meet the evolving needs of our employees and the organization at large.

The Jr. Analyst, Learning and Talent Solutions will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the implementation and management of company-wide learning initiatives and organizational development programs.
  • Supporting the delivery of training materials, including workshops, onboarding sessions, etc.
  • Managing and updating learning management systems (LMS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of learning activities.
  • Conducting evaluations and measuring the impact of learning programs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Providing administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with participants.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
  • Support for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of related experience required.
  • Solid experience in Excel, PP, Word is required.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • Full capabilities in administration & control, good verbal and communication skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, versatile, positive and with proactive and change driven attitude.
