Basic US Customs Compliance, Special programs 9802, 9801 Analyzes the different tariff benefits and their application through procedures established in accordance with the department's strategy (Eighth Rules, Free Trade Agreement, PROSEC).
Audits customs documents and validation procedures. Manages, implements, and maintains tax customs (VAT/IEPS, etc.) and security (CTPAT, OAS, etc.) certifications in several countries, as well as those applicable to companies with the IMMEX program.
Performs requested reports and analyses on the operation and established metrics. Supports all programs and initiatives related to the Internal Labor regulations and values of the company.
Experiencia y requisitos
- >Professional degree in Customs and Logistics, International Business, Administration, or similar.
- > 3-5 years of Import & Export experience or related discipline.
- > Required Knowledge of Annex 24 and 30.
- > Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
-> Preferred 40%-70% High-level understanding of materials flow - Supply Chain.
- > Experience shipping apparel, textiles, drinkware, or similar products.
- > Preferred Proactive engagement.
- > Able to make decisions using the data provided.
