Human Resources Workforce Data (CDMX)

Working as a key member of the HR Services Team based in Regional Human Resources (HR) Center, we are looking for a customer service-oriented specialist to provide support to our regional HR professionals and customers across our core workforce administration and recruitment administration activities. 

You will use our suite of core and enabling HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow case management, telephony, etc.) to implement a range of activities, directly contacting customers and HR professionals when needed to solve more complex problems. Our Regional HR Center teams will work together with key HR and IT partners around the world to identify and implement process and technology improvements to our way of working in HR and our interactions with customers

Typical Accountabilties

As a Human Resources Workforce Data Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the employee’s lifecycle in Workday HCM, performing data quality checks on employee data, working with different HR teams to complete data entry processes, looking for opportunities to improve process execution and technology usage, and supporting the expansion of HR Services from offshore teams. 

Essential

• Customer Service experience 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

• Advanced English 

• HR Knowledge 

Desirable

• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Law 

• Experience with Workday or Service Now 

• Portuguese
