Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Engineering or related
Six months of experience in Human Resources
Communication skills
Organization
Proactive

Support of Recruiting for new employees (including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews and employment contracts)
Support of developing policies
Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
Onboarding.
Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software
Support of the subsidiary’s Management regarding HR topics
Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
