Description:
The Human Resources GBS Apprentice role encompasses five key areas: HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, participation in committees, Training and Development, and HR Projects. This position ensures compliance and confidentiality, while also providing guidance to managers and employees on these topics.
Key Resposibilities
Ensure adherence to internal policies, thereby fostering an ethical and compliant work environment.
Ensure the confidentiality of employee information, complying with applicable data protecting politcs
HR Administration: Responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees, and handling all administrative documentation related to employee procedures.
Talent Acquisition. Conduct behavior-based interviews and foster a consultative vision within the talent acquisition process. Refine interview techniques and enhance recruitment processes. Devise innovative sourcing strategies and cultivate robust pipelines for specific roles.
Committees: Actively engage in various GBS committees, offering innovative ideas to enhance different projects.
Training and Development: Monitor training requests, support the HR Manager in identifying training needs, and provide logistical and operational assistance for training sessions.
HR Projects: Assist in various HR projects according to business needs, enhancing the overall experience for both employees and leaders.
Provide guidance and support to managers on addressing HR-related issues
Qualifications:
Education: An active student of a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration/Psychology or similar with at least one year and a half pending from completing its degree.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and strong organizational skills. Self driven, fast learner.
