This unique role combines leadership in HR Change Management with a hands-on focus on Knowledge Management for internal regional teams and global projects. You will drive awareness on key initiatives while ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and effectiveness of HR knowledge resources across systems and languages. This includes communicating changes by engaging with regional stakeholders, managing knowledge article lifecycles, and supporting system training for employees, managers, and HR teams.
Our Team
Our HR Solutions Team delivers centralized HR support services to a global workforce. In this hybrid role, you will be a core contributor to both the Change Network Leadership (CNL) team and our Knowledge & Learning function. You will partner closely with HR project leads, Enterprise change network team, content owners, and system experts to build a more connected and informed user experience through both change communications and scalable knowledge solutions.
What You Will Do
Organizational Change & CNL Scop .
- Support change communication strategies for global and regional initiatives/projects.
- Serve as the primary Change Network Lead for HRS, representing local needs in global change forums.
- Support the implementation of change management strategies, communications, and adoption plans for capability initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between regional leads and the global CNL team.
- Partner with Learning and Internal Communications to align training and messaging for change.
- Build organizational awareness and capability to support sustained transformation.
Knowledge Management Scope
- Create, update, and publish HR knowledge articles in line with regional and global standards.
- Support translation of articles into other languages as needed to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Monitor knowledge article health, engagement, and lifecycle metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Respond to and resolve feedback tasks within article ownership groups and global repositories.
- Collaborate with global product and systems teams to keep content aligned with evolving processes.
- Develop and deliver system training (e.g., Compass, myHR, Reporting & Analytics) for HR, employees, and managers.
- Build interactive training materials using Rise360 and other digital tools. Liaise with external translation providers to ensure global consistency in multilingual content.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience leading or supporting change management and/or communications in HR or global transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English for content translation and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong writing and content design skills for knowledge and training resources.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across regional and global scopes.
- Experience in creating or delivering systems training and supporting knowledge platforms.
- Commitment to end-user experience and continuous improvement.
