Job Description
As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities

Requerimientos Clave:
- Ingenieria mecánica, electromecánico, electríco o afin
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia
- Conocimiento en mecánica, neumática, electrica con mantenimiento de equipos
- Conocimiento en sistemas de seguridad del trabajo
- Inglés Conversacional
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos 4x3, trabajo 100% en el sitio, puede incluir domingos y días festivos
- Posición temporal 26 meses

- Manejo de personal operativo
- Reponsable de atención a fallas en línea
- Solución de Problemas
- Seguimiento a KPIS
- Mantenimiento preventivo y reporte de problemas en línea
