WHAT YOU DO
As an active member of the team, you will work on solutions related to Google Workspace, taking ownership of your tasks. You’ll use your analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the effectiveness of solutions and adjust them as needed. Utilising your communication skills, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Building rapport and trust with customers during the transition process to Google Workspace.
Identifying and analysing complex processes and workflows.
Identifying challenges and roadblocks in transitioning from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace.
Developing and implementing creative solutions to address these challenges.
Document and data migration and transformation between different platforms.
You may also be involved in requirements engineering, including conducting interviews and engaging with reporters.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess strong organisational and time-management skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks and manage pressure effectively. You have formal training or demonstrable experience in software development. Experience with JavaScript (or Google AppScript) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, Sites, Looker Studio, AppSheet, BigQuery) is advantageous, with Google Workspace certification or other relevant training being a plus.
It is beneficial to have experience with MS Office. If you’re proficient in German, that is also a plus.
You possess critical thinking skills and a creative mindset, with the capability to challenge the status quo. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management or issue tracking tools is also a plus.
Crucially, you are proficient in English (B2+). You are a good communicator and are willing to engage with people. You are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in Google Workspace.
