Your ‘day to day’
Responsible for the planning and effective delivery of Digital Media activities for our audiences (consumer, retail, corporate affairs, candidate and internal). Plan and implement all aspects of Digital Paid Media, connecting with our integrated communications and digital strategies, to drive Audience
Digital Activation. Partner with other Digital departments (Consideration, Activation and Loyalty) and, in collaboration with all business functions - plan, design and ensure the delivery of innovative, impactful and successful digital media and assets communications initiatives and engagement programmes. Work with Marketing to deliver brand and co-created Digital content across Digital Paid Media (Display, Social, Video, Mobile, Search)
Principal accountabilities
- Responsible for business interface, planning and delivery of paid media. Digital channels include but are not limited to: display, social, search, mobile, video, innovation, performance media - along with data, reporting and optimisation.
- Build an effective collaboration with our media agency. Plan and ensure the successful delivery of our digital activities to our audiences. Build digital experiences that drive actions (acquisition, retention, advocacy, referral).
- Handle all paid media activities and budget allocation. Forecasts and deep dives into campaigns performance to constantly optimize spend and ROI.
- Optimize and pivot budget allocation to meet objectives at each level of our purchase funnel and stage of our consumer journey.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in crafting, building, executing, analysing and optimizing campaigns to improve the acquisition and activation of users.
- Previous experience in media agency or inhouse team at a digital native.
- 'UI/UX, E-commerce ROI/ROAS driven projects
- Reach and performance media
- Joint business plans with native digital partners
- Analytics (strong understanding of Google studio)
- SEO/SEM
- Project management (strong interpersonal skills)
