The Opportunity
Your Impact
As FP&A Analyst your responsibilities would consist of playing a key role as a business partner to the region’s Topline activities. The professional’s main responsibilities include the consolidation of P&L Reports, Topline Closing, Topline FCST & Topline’s Latest Estimate. This role will be in constant communication with the OU’s Commercial Finance teams, delivering accurate information, planning agendas, and providing insights to their respective stakeholders. As part of the Mexico Business Services (MCC) ecosystem, the analyst most also ensure the fullfilment of the process’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while also identifying opportunities to generate efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent service to MCC Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of the South Andean consolidation, Topline and P&L reports.
- Support OU commercial finance teams in the construction of Topline’s month’s end closing & Latest Estimate, understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
- Consolidate and support the OU’s commercial finance teams in the building of the Topline’s monthly Forecast.
- Build and deliver monthly P&L / Profitability reports, providing accurate insights to ensure efficient decision making to their respective stakeholders. These reports include NOPBT Tracker, Brand P&L, BEP P&L, P&L by Channel and P&L by SMKT.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Owner of Financial Planning’s models, responsible of their maintenance, updates and improvements.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters regarding the Topline.
Who Are We Looking For?
- 1-2 years prior experience with Planning/Forecasting and/or strong analytical skills,
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics or engineering with high level of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Financial acumen, and strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written
