We're looking for a passionate and experienced Treasury Sr. Manager to lead our Fintech team, who enjoys directing company’s financial actions, enhance banking cooperation, maximize cashflow efficiency and ensures 100% compliance of local regulations. As Didi's fintech Treasury Sr. Manager, you will design company's business plans to ensure correct operation, risk control and regulation compliance. You will also lead negotiations with Banks to get optimal rates, best interest payout in our investments and loan facilities to boost DiDi's financial performance. Role Responsibilities:Leading treasury fintech team overseeing business cashflow, fund needs, and daily operation.
Designing cashflow forecast and financial models to ensure best resource allocation and planning.
Monitoring treasury regulatory indicators compliance and timely reporting, as applying corrective measures when needed.
Providing guidance in project implementations and keeping track of bank formalities to ensure smooth launching.
Managing investments and debt portfolios with business partners..
Keeping close communication and monitoring with strategy, risk and compliance teams to ensure treasury operation compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as Manager in Treasury, Finance or Banking.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Masters in Finance desirable.
Knowledge in Mexican bank and financial regulation and expertise in investment and debt negotiations.
Proficiency in Cashflow forecasting, financial modeling, treasury systems, payment channels, Excel.
Fluent communication in spanish and english mandatory. Having a third language and multicultural background is also highly valued.
Team leading experience.
Demonstrate advanced communication skills and enhance teamwork. You are proactive, are a good team player and have a hands-on mentality.
