Job Summary
This position works in the operation center servicing internal customers and coordinating administrative activities for outside service providers (OSP). This position may be responsible for the training and development of OSP and internal processes.
Responsibilities:
Delivers outstanding customer service to internal customers and mail inquiries.
Takes ownership of OSP metrics and offers viable best practices.
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends including technology.
Operates all software, and devices and trains others.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor diploma
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and APIs knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
