What will you do?
Design, coordinate, and monitor strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening high-performance teams, leadership development, and the continuous improvement of organizational culture.
This person will act as a connection between operational areas, leaders, and human resources to promote a culture based on feedback, safety, and excellence.
What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in related areas: Organizational Development, Organizacional Climate Diagnosis, Development Programs, Focus Group
- Knowledge of Organizational Development methodologies is desirable
- Advanced English
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI is desirable
