About the role:
You will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of academic, formative, and operational aspects within an educational model that fosters socio-emotional development, critical thinking, and the pedagogical integration of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the smooth academic operation of the school.
- Support the teaching team in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs.
- Promote meaningful use of digital tools and educational technology.
- Monitor students' academic progress and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate closely with the psychology team, academic coordination, and administrative areas.
- Maintain close and effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Supervise operational matters such as schedules, incidents, materials, and reports.
- Foster an institutional culture based on respect, peace, and well-being.
Required Profile
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, English Language Teaching, or related fields.
- Master’s degree preferred in Educational Leadership, Neuroeducation, Bilingual Education, or similar studies.
Languages
- Native-level Spanish.
- Advanced or native-level English (minimum C1).
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in academic leadership or school coordination roles.
- Experience managing bilingual teaching teams.
- Strong background working with families, students, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Familiarity with constructivist principles, neurodiversity, well-being, and active learning methodologies.
