Your next challenge
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospect new companies through various channels (field prospecting, databases, internet, expos, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Identify and record key information using the BANT methodology (budget, authority, need, timing).
- Schedule and conduct visits, video calls, or phone calls to present Pluxee’s service portfolio and uncover opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects to successfully close sales.
- Record all data in the CRM (prospects, accounts, opportunities, budgets, activities).
- Consolidate contract documentation and upload it to the CRM for client onboarding in operational systems.
- Coordinate initial implementation with the implementation team.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client during the first months after signing.
- Transition and hand over clients to the post-sales team.
- Achieve commercial targets and objectives.
- Generate prospects through field prospecting.
- Conduct visits with prospects.
- Create new business opportunities.
You’re a match
Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development.
