About you
The Ecommerce Specialist lead will be responsible for the overall experience and sales on the Direct Dyson website in México and marketplaces. Working with the Head of E-commerce he/she will plan, lead, and deliver projects to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience and support the growth of the Dyson.mx website channel as part of the wider Direct business. Joining this cross functional team both with México and group key stakeholders, he/she will coordinate the delivery of NPD, campaigns, new functionalities, and secure stock in direct channels to support business growth.
Main duties and responsibilities
Forecast and manage inventory in dyson.com.mx and marketplaces to achieve the channel’s sales target.
Holding Ecommerce equation to focus on sessions, conversion rate and average order value to drive sales
Take the lead of promotions with Marketing/ Sales team and cascade to digital marketing and customer service team to secure on time implementation in direct channel.
Driving improvements to the platform working closely with MX ecommerce, Americas, and Group teams.
Manage online business daily tracking through traffic model and build on know-how on visibility and promotion efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to achieve a seamless customer journey between traffic driving channels, onsite, eCommerce fulfilment and customer services.
Analyze Dyson.com.mx and marketplaces information to seek for opportunities to drive business and help to make decision for future strategies.
Working with the E-commerce team on major web projects and key events for online business and new product launches.
About you
Demonstrable understanding of Digital Marketing and campaigns along with Funnel Management.
Capabilities to guide and nurture data driven approaches and encourage A/B and Multivariate testing.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines simultaneously.
Highly analytical, commercially astute, and numerate
Highly organized and collaborative cross-functionally with the ability to work quickly to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about ecommerce, technology & the opportunities it brings to drive traffic & sales.
Good project management and the ability to build relationships across functions and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in managing ecommerce and with a clear focus on results.
Experience using CMS programs (ideally Magento, channel advisor and/or adobe experience manager and/or Hybris).
Demonstrable experience in managing advertising campaigns.
Advanced knowledge in Google analytics.
Emailing and customer retention strategies knowledge.
Experience in creating and managing databases and advanced analytics.
Medium-Advanced level of excel.
