What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle management, including device refresh projects, coordinating warranty repairs, and redeploying IT equipment to meet organizational needs.
• Manage IT asset inventory by performing asset tagging, maintaining accurate records in asset management systems, and supervising depot operations to ensure efficient tracking and storage.
• Coordinate logistics for IT equipment, including shipping, receiving, returns, and asset reclamation, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining detailed documentation.
What You Need:
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience delivering technical support in IT environments, with strong proficiency in Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and imaging/deployment of Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of core networking principles, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPN configuration, and Windows networking, enabling effective troubleshooting and network optimization.
• Proven experience supporting networked printers and audiovisual (AV) systems, including installation, configuration, and break/fix maintenance.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking systems, combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
