Department Leader
Introduction
He is responsible for creating the standards for the production process, training, and maintaining communication with the production teams, ensuring the application of the principles and tools of the Excellence in Manufacturing program (procedures and work instructions in the areas of safety, quality, CIL, and Maintenance) to achieve the SQCDM results (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale) defined by the organization.
About the Role
As an Department Manage, you will be responsible for the overall SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale) operating results, including maintenance costs, of the areas or production lines under your charge.
What You Will Do
Is a Role Model for Safety Responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results and provide leadership, direction setting and coaching for his department He/she is the responsible for the application (and development if needed) of systems and standards (work instructions, procedures for safety, quality, Maintenance, etc) Responsible for the fulfillment of the maintenance plan (including cost) Uses internal and external benchmarks to drive performance improvement. Develop department objectives aligned with site and units needs assure the goals are clarified to the teams. Ensures the department delivers required production orders according to specifications, in time and on cost. Ensures department works to standards (Safety, Quality, etc), Accountable for the Department’s Operational Budget Identify CAPEX needs to support midterm plans. Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within his/her department RST Electric-RST Mechanic.
Who You Are
At least 3 years in similar position.
Desirable: Mechatronic/Mechanical/Industrial Engineer
Language: English 80% (Speaking and Writing)
Technical Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge
Desirable: People Management (including union people and employees)
Committed, agile, capable for solving problems and face to the new challenges, understand the mechanical drawings, positive attitude, leadership management, etc.
Manage KRONOS effectively avoiding incidents.
