Job Description
En Jellyfish, buscamos talento joven y dinámico para unirse a nuestro equipo como Trainee en Data Analytics. Este programa está diseñado para recién egresados o estudiantes en los últimos semestres que deseen desarrollar habilidades en analítica digital, manejo de datos y generación de insights, trabajando en un entorno innovador y orientado a resultados.
Responsabilidades
Apoyar en la recopilación, limpieza y validación de datos provenientes de distintas plataformas digitales.
Colaborar en la elaboración de reportes y dashboards para el seguimiento de KPIs de clientes y proyectos internos.
Asistir en el análisis de métricas de rendimiento digital (tráfico, engagement, conversiones, revenue, etc.).
Contribuir en la implementación y validación de tagging en sitios web y aplicaciones para asegurar la calidad de los datos.
Participar en reuniones con equipos internos de marketing, tecnología y estrategia para alinear objetivos de medición.
Proponer ideas innovadoras para mejorar la visualización, gobernanza y aprovechamiento de los datos.
Qualifications
- Estudiante de últimos semestres o recién egresado de carreras como Ingeniería en Sistemas o Tecnologías de Información, Estadística, Matemáticas, Economía, Actuaría, o afines.
Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de visualisación (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, entre otros)
Familiaridad con herramientas de manejo y análisis de datos (Excel, SQL. R o Python son un plus).
Interés por el análisis de datos y la generación de insights accionables para negocio.
Proactividad, atención al detalle y capacidad de resolver problemas en equipo.
Disponibilidad para laborar en esquema híbrido dentro de la CDMX.
Nivel avanzado de inglés (escrito y hablado), para lectura de documentación y comunicación con equipos globales.
PLUS: Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de analítica digital (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Quantum Metrics, Appsflyer, entre otros).
