What you´ll do
- Drives projects in the respective area of responsibility, is accountable for project execution
- Facilitates and ensures project support by SSC teams to meet all deadlines of project plan
- Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
- Advises the teams with expertise and experience
- Supports tools and training of users
- Acts as trouble shooter and validates process documentation Improves processes, assures quality
- Monitors, analyzes, reports and solves complex process dependencies
- Collaborates with Process Owner in designing automations and process improvements
- Acts as internal consultant
- Shapes, develops and improves the process and tools in line with strategic objective of respective business / function
What makes you a good fit
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel
- Python, Power BI desirable
