Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily call center duties, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Supervise and support a team of call center agents, providing guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions to foster team member growth and performance improvement.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to team performance, metrics, and productivity.
- Monitor calls and review performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and recognize accomplishments.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement best practices and optimize team performance.
- Serve as a point of contact for team questions, escalations, and operational support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience as a call center agent, with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to compile and analyze data for performance review and reporting.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing daily responsibilities.
- Proficiency with call center platforms, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
