Ensure the entry of the orders, product assignment, invoicing, and delivery (sales order process) for EH customers, meeting the service levels established by the customer, to achieve the organization’s sales objectives, through alignment with sales and coordination with the operational areas of the logistics operator. Oversee the entry of orders from the Maternity Cycle and coordinate delivery with the hospitals. Supervision of POD at established percentages.
- Manages the entry of sales orders from the commercial channel under their responsibility, using the EDI platforms of each client, ensuring compliance with the corresponding process until converting it into work orders for the 3PL
- Coordinates with Distribution and Credit Operations to ensure that sales orders are fulfilled with the requested products and in the required quantities to meet the service level objective established by the client and EH
- Supervises the performance of the Customer Service Coordination of the Logistics Operator to ensure that orders are delivered to the client while complying with Distribution Procedures and EH Policies
- Identifies areas of opportunity in the sales order process to achieve savings in distribution costs and improve service in such a way that they become initiatives and projects with the client, sales, and/or distribution operations
- Substantial experience in Customer Service & Project Management
- Desirable experience in CPG or FMCG
- Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Business Acumen
- Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement
- Bachelor´s degree in engineering, business administration or related
