Job Summary:
As a member of the CPFR team, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet consumer demands through close collaboration with internal Colgate-Palmolive teams and key customers (Walmart). You will serve as the main point of contact between assigned customers and Colgate in the areas of planning, customer service, and replenishment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve rigorous analysis, proactive communication, and negotiation with both internal stakeholders and external partners, aiming to drive efficiencies, improve fill rates, and support strategic commercial goals.
- Design and implement metric controls in collaboration with customers and internal teams (CDTs) to accurately assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels at Points of Sale, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Analyze and understand both internal and customer replenishment and logistics processes to drive efficiency within the distribution network.
- Maintain constant communication with cross-functional teams (including Demand Planning and Sales) to coordinate and align strategies that positively impact product availability and fill rates.
- Create and follow action plans to resolve root causes of inefficiencies, aiming to increase sales, fill rates, and product availability.
- Participate in efficiency projects and contribute to the development and standardization of customer processes.
- Provide actionable recommendations and feedback to Colgate and customers based on analytics and future forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or customer collaboration.
- At least 2 years of experience of CPFR.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Experience with replenishment processes.
- Demonstrated experience in customer collaboration and cross-functional communication.
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques and methodologies.
- Advanced experience with SAP.
- Intermediate knowledge of Domo or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
