Responsibilities:
- Daily finance report (SCRAP, maintenance, overtime and margin)
- Inventory analysis and forecast, days on hand and analyze inventory variances to avoid impacts in the results.
- Perform physical inventories.
- Bill of materials management.
- Support to operations with any data needed to take decisions.
- Payroll accounting and analyze, reviewing labor rate per operation and mix of categories and staff.
- Cost roll-up management.
- Freight expense report and analyze to the Controller.
- Labor cost analyze, for scenarios forecast, budget and actual.
- Sales and margin analysis, for scenarios budget, forecast and actuals.
- Review and analyze the profitability for products of the launch projects and new programs, preventing any risk in the SOP and current production.
- To track any variances with the purchase prices for raw materials.
- Follow-up and detect the savings shared by Supply Chain into the P&L statement
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or similar
- Advance English skills
Experience:
- Costs and variances analysis.
- Accounting.
- Knowledge with bill of materials.
- Performing physical inventories.
- SAP management.
- Proficient in Excel and databases.
