About the role
Write creative, clear, and persuasive copy for brandformance campaigns, CRM, and both digital and offline content.
Your work will be key to scaling campaigns quickly and effectively, while maintaining narrative consistency and connecting with audiences across all stages of the funnel.
What you’ll be doing at albo
- Write copy for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, others), aligned with business goals.
- Craft content for owned media channels: website, email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and more.
- Support the creative development of institutional and tactical campaigns in collaboration with the design and strategy team.
Adapt messaging to different user segments and channels while maintaining brand voice consistency. - Develop copy variations for A/B testing in performance campaigns.
- Use performance insights (CTR, CR, OR) to continuously improve messaging.
- Write short, clear, and consistent text for app and web journeys (e.g. onboarding, benefits, in-app messages).
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly planning, OKRs, and creative roadmap sessions.
About you and what type of skills you'll need
- Proven experience as a copywriter in performance marketing, digital branding, or transactional products.
- Excellent writing skills in neutral Spanish: clear, creative, direct, and adaptable across tones and formats.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversion.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable messaging.
Comfortable working in collaborative environments (Google Drive, Figma) and in agile workflows. - Done is better than perfect: As things change and move quickly, you are excited by the fast pace and opportunity to constantly learn and help your team learn.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate internally and externally, quickly build relationships, and work cross-functionally.
- Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. You are supremely organized and see what needs to happen to achieve goals.
- Bonus: experience in fintech, consumer-facing apps, or high-acquisition/retention environments.
