You’ll manage your own client portfolio, mentor a team of client success managers, and empower organizations to make informed, strategic workforce decisions!
This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
You’ll drive client retention as a trusted advisor, offering daily support on job architecture, survey publications, and the data lifecycle. Your analytical skills will shine as you interpret compensation data in Excel and our internal software, presenting insights with clarity. Your proactive approach ensures that client data submission obligations are met, while your leadership empowers you to offer job matching and benchmarking services and boost team engagement. Additionally, you will:
- Champion product and service awareness, promoting the value of our solutions to your clients.
- Inspire and guide your team, fostering participation and retention within client portfolios.
