The Impact You'll Make
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Cash Applicator to join our Shared Services Center (SSC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying incoming payments, supporting cash flow accuracy, and ensuring timely reconciliation in our ERP system.This position is a key part of daily operations and offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, international finance environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately apply incoming payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts in SAP
Resolve high-level or complex payment discrepancies and support reconciliation of unapplied cash
Work closely with credit analysts and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies
Monitor daily bank transactions and ensure all cash is accounted for
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with internal control policies and audit standards
Support month-end closing activities related to cash application and reconciliation.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or similar finance roles
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Ability to handle multiple company codes and currencies is a plus
Proactive communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Excel; basic reporting and reconciliation skills
English fluency required; other languages are a plus.
