This is a full-time position located in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Job Description: The Call Center Floor Support will oversee the department's needs and requirements. The role is to accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. The individual will maintain a well-performing service level and KPI targets, report any consistent issues, and look for problem-solving methodologies. You will also be responsible for maintaining agents by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and developing personal growth opportunities. The supervisor must also maintain a positive work environment while keeping the agents motivated.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience in customer service.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
- Basic Excel skillset.
- Report management.
Work Schedule:
- The hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sundays + one weekday off).
Salary:
- Base Gross Monthly Salary: $21,000.00 MXN.
- Monthly Bonus: $8,000.00 MXN (based on performance metrics).
