Job Title: CAE Engineer
Location: Cdmx - hybrid scheme

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAE engineer to develop and verify harness components performing CAE/FEA with Moldflow:
YOUR ROLE:
· CAE/FEA simulations development to validate and optimize molds used to produce plastic parts.
· Design and modification of simulations with Autodesk Moldflow.
· Mold designs optimization.
· Quality improvement and cycle times reduction.
· To validate designs comply with guidelines and rules defined by the client.
· Design and release of workproducts into PLM system.
· Suppliers management for product/process qualification (PPAP agreement).
· To advice design changes for manufacturability.
· Manage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements.
YOUR PROFILE:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
· 4-6 years of relevant experience.
· Experience in 3D and 2D design with CATIA v5 and 6.
· Experience with CAE/FEA tools.
· Experience with Moldflow.
· Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements.
· Experience with PPAP managing suppliers for automotive products delivery.
· Experience with DFMEA.
· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
· Experience in plastic parts design.
· Experience with PLM SW such as Teamcenter.
· Experience with wire harness parts.
· Experience with automotive 3D and 2D design guidelines.
