Our Mexico City office is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to lead growth in this market.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and expanding BrandNation’s client base in Mexico. This is a sales and relationship-driven role, where you’ll identify opportunities, build partnerships with local brands, and ensure our Mexico City office thrives independently while supporting our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow BrandNation’s presence in the Mexico market.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with local brands and companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision makers, and marketing executives.
- Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
- Sell website development, digital marketing & branding packages
- Collaborate with the production team and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client campaigns.
- Represent BrandNation at industry events, networking opportunities, and local business circles.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in marketing, advertising, or media).
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – must be able to communicate with local and U.S.-based teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Compensation:
- 16,000 MXN per month + attractive commission structure.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
