A day in the life:
As the Director of Business Development & Strategy, you'll be the powerhouse driving the regional agenda forward. You'll lead the charge in managing the team’s agenda, ensuring that all core projects, meeting agreements, and communication efforts are executed with precision and speed. Acting as the dynamic central liaison between local and support teams, you'll spearhead strategy, business intelligence, innovation, and new product development. You'll also ignite new business projects and capabilities development, maintaining a relentless project cadence to hit those ambitious targets. The impact you’ll make:
- Design of business plan for the Country, including volume, market and financial targets, strategic pillars and innovation along with leadership.
- Development of Business Intelligence that supports business decisions, insights, reporting and T2T (Top to Top) presentations
- Manage region and lead team agenda (Blitz, T2T's, incentives, internal routines), lead the design and coordination of BP (business planning) meetings.
- Liaison between commercial team and support teams (marketing, operations, finance, new product development, bottlers), key function to keep all the teams aligned and moving forward.
- Central coordination of focus and deployment behind new business initiatives
- POS (Point of Sale) and Apparel Central Coordination by an approval process that ensures control and efficiencies
- Coordinate and communicate adjustments to supply and demand changes as needed.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in business development planning, sales strategy development
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in negotiations and communicating with high level executives
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
