About the role:
Experienced SAAS product management specialist, working independently with extensive cross-functional collaboration.
Analyzes business needs, challenges, and opportunities, leading feature specification development and Jira backlog contributions.
Drives business process improvements within the scope of responsibility.
Assists in defining scope, setting priorities, and supporting system changes and implementations.
How you will contribute:
Collaborates with product owners to identify challenges and opportunities for Pricing solutions.
Analyzes complex business processes, elicits requirements, and identifies business needs.
Develops feature specifications, manages Jira backlogs, and uses ServiceNow for user management.
Breaks down requirements into specifications and user stories, ensuring analytical outputs meet standards.
Supports functional design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, and training in alignment with business needs.
Provides timely updates to stakeholders, addressing changes and ambiguities effectively.
Acts as the bridge between business, testers, and developers, ensuring successful project delivery.
Reviews development sprint features and documentation to meet business outcome goals.
How you will contribute:
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support projects and operations.
Lead business analysis, gather and refine customer requirements, and document them effectively.
Identify and resolve issues using Business Process Mapping, escalating when necessary.
Support processes using technical expertise in PriceRight and perform necessary system configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on solutions and improve processes, policies, and tools.
Manage documentation, ensure analytical outputs meet standards, and deliver high-quality tasks on time.
What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field with 2-4 years of experience in business analysis.
Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
Experience supporting business processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
