WE ARE LOOKING FORBTL Project Manager
The objective of the role is to supervise, centralize, and ensure the timely, organized, and quality execution of all production processes in the agency, providing ongoing visibility to the operations, finance, and Client Services departments, in order to anticipate risks, prevent failures, and coordinate timely corrective responses with suppliers.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years in production, traffic or project coordination in event or BTL agencies.- Knowledge of production processes, logistics, and quality control.- Technology: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion, HubSpot, etc.) and AI tools.- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Production or similar fields.- Ability to anticipate, make quick decisions, and coordinate alternatives in critical scenarios.- Desirable: Previous experience in "traffic" or "control tower" roles in agencies.
Actividades:- Establish a project calendar with key dates, deadlines, and responsible parties.- Monitor the day-2-day progress of production with each supplier, conducting systematic checkpoints at critical times (start, 30%, 60%, 90%, and closure).- Raise early alerts for any deviations in time, cost, or quality.- Ensure compliance with the agreed-upon time, quality, and specifications for each production.- Physically or remotely verify progress, such as partial inventory, color tests, packaging, etc.- Make proactive decisions in case of deviations (activate Plan B or C), without waiting for problems to reach the client.- Consolidate and coordinate all communication with suppliers through the established channel, centralizing agreements, timelines, and deliverables in a single channel.- Document all decisions and progress in a central platform.- Provide real-time visibility to the operations, finance, and accounts departments regarding the status of each project.- Verify compliance with internal processes.
