We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Medical Case Manager & Coordinator to support our growing network of clinics.
Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Medical Case Manager & Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of care for patients, ensuring timely appointments, clear communication, and seamless case progression. This role is vital in maintaining patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and professional relationships with legal and medical partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of patient care, including appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the main point of contact between patients, providers, attorneys, and external partners.
- Ensure all patient documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide bilingual communication and support to patients throughout their treatment.
- Monitor case timelines and support the legal and billing departments with necessary updates.
- Advocate for patient needs and help navigate their recovery process effectively.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in healthcare, case management, or medical coordination preferred
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance
