We’re hiring an entry-level sales associate, someone with 1–2 years of sales (Inbound or outbound) experience who’s hungry to grow and succeed. You’ll handle the first touchpoint with Outbound leads - delivering quick but compelling pitches, asking the right qualifying questions, and ensuring the best prospects are passed through to our Account Executives.
You’ll need strong communication skills, a curious mindset, and a natural, personable charm that makes people want to engage. We’re looking for someone upbeat, confident, and comfortable being the first voice new customers hear

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound leads and be the first point of contact for potential customers
- Deliver a fast, clear pitch that captures Connectd’s value proposition
- Ask targeted qualifying questions to assess fit
- Pass qualified leads to Account Executives for closing
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales and customer success teams
- Learn and apply a proven sales framework to maintain consistency
- Be a positive, coachable team member who thrives on feedback
- Help drive the growth of the business
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales (Preferred), telesales, or customer engagement (SDR, inside sales, call centre etc.)
- Outstanding Verbal English Skills (clear, neutral accent- you'll be speaking to US-based clients)
- Excellent phone manner - confident, engaging, and warm
- Able to follow a pitch script while sounding natural and fluid
- Quick on your feet: you know how to handle objections and pivot the conversation
- Energy! You’re optimistic, hungry to learn, and love talking to people
- Strong communication and listening skills
