We are looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist with expertise in hair care to join our team and support our customers through professional training.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist with hands-on experience in hair care to serve as a Product Training Specialist. This role will focus on educating our clients, primarily beauty salons, on the effective use of our products to enhance their services and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations for salon professionals, showcasing the proper use of our hair care products.
- Develop and deliver educational materials, including training guides and video tutorials.
- Provide on-site and virtual training sessions tailored to client needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights to improve product usage and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Cosmetologist with a strong background in hair care.
- Proven experience working in or with beauty salons.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging educational content.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel.
- 5 year experience
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
