Team Overview
Visit the MC Bolton dealer network and Retailers at each business point, to technical training, technical support and manage the business information generated monthly
Main Tasks:
- Administration of the warranty portal, Qualification/Monitoring/Validation/Rejection of claims.
- Creation of technical reports of warranty claims/issuance reports and parts to SMC (FTIR)
- Administration of the DCS technical portal, Technical Bulletins, Service Manuals, Technical information/new MC technologies.
- Creation of training material for new technologies, new MC models.
- Virtual and face-to-face technical/administrative training at Dealer facilities.
- Field visits to the Dealer for service activities (PROFECO topics, customer complaints, customer service)
- Handling of Dealer/Final Customer complaints via electronic, telephone, face-to-face
- Resolution and support of technical problems to the network of distributors/service technicians/retail.
