Strategic Functions
Develop effective product positioning by conducting competitive pricing index analysis, aligning brand heritage with luxury market expectations, and defining volume, mix, and pricing forecasts.
Evaluate market insights, including customer demographics, inflow/outflow trends, competitor cross-shopping behavior, and key purchase drivers/barriers.
Identify and assess opportunities in fleet sales in collaboration with the Fleet team.
Partner with Zone Sales & Aftersales Managers to gather market feedback, identify regional commercial opportunities, and align Car Sales, Parts and Services strategies .
Partner with Dealer Development field support to define and ensure all dealers process, brand Image, installations look and feel, etc.
Operational Functions
Oversee coordination with the Supply Chain team to manage stock levels, production planning, vehicle ordering, allocation, and logistics.
Lead all pricing activities: determine pricing strategy, build pricing ladders, issue pricing bulletins, and maintain competitive price positioning.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product touchpoints: training materials, catalogs, digital assets, and product guides.
Support product launches through media walkarounds, interviews, and product presentations.
Create strategic briefs for marketing and advertising campaigns (key messages, target audience, product features).
Prepare and present business cases to Product Committees to secure executive-level product approvals.
Conduct regular visits to the Alfa Romeo dealer network to ensure alignment with brand standards and luxury customer experience.
Resource Management
Develop and lead the Brand & Business department strategy for Alfa Romeo, with clear short-, mid-, and long-term objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders at the national and corporate levels within Stellantis and Alfa Romeo global teams.
Provide ongoing team mentorship and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Experience:
10 years of minimum experience, 3-5 years in this position in the automotive industry
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree desirable
Full English (fluent)
Marketing background or professional experience, preferable in Luxury Market
Finance, business management capabilities
Network experience in commercial and / or aftersales areas
Technical Knowledge:
Marketing Product and portfolio product management
