We are currently looking for an Aftersales Business Intelligence & Incentives Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. Aftersales Business Intelligence Specialist plays a key role in daily operations, providing strategic support to the Field Force team to ensure the proper execution of planning and commercial follow-up processes for the Nissan brand.
This position is responsible for business planning process and Dealer Target Setting for all dealer network, as well as designing and implementing commercial strategies aimed at accelerating aftersales revenue growth and optimizing business unit performance through effective dealer network engagement and a rigorous process of monitoring, evaluation, and updating.

A Day in the Life:
- Design, implementation, and monitoring of commercial strategies focused on accelerating Sell Out, leveraged through Variable Marketing Expense investment.
- Collaboration in the end-to-end management of the incentive consolidation and payment process for the dealer network, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established timelines.
- Support the creation of Aftersales Business Plan regarding Sell Out & Sell In per Dealer, Region and National figures, as well as monthly follow up, understanding how strategic plan refinement is reflected in the financial statements.
- Dealer Target setting process per Dealer coordination & deliverable for main Operational KPIs (Sell Out, Sell In, Accessories, Retention, etc.).
- Support Field Performance Team in daily operations and continuous monitoring to assess operational trends and ensure the accomplishment of Aftersales objectives through KPI analysis. (Sell In, Sell Out, etc.)
- Top Management reporting regarding Business Plan figures at Local, Regional o Global level.
- Business Intelligence support for Field Force Team to generate follow up reports & consultancy tools for performance tracking.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Communication.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to business management and data analytics.
- Strong database analysis and usage capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint (executive-level decks).
- Fluent communication in English for leadership engagement and stakeholder forums.
Desired:
- Experience in the automotive sector
- SAP proficiency
- Background in Trade or Brand Marketing
- Passion for working cross-functionally and presenting complex data with clarity
