Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Advanced English conversation level.
