PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform payroll reconciliations.
- Prepare end-of-month accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Maintain expense reimbursement controls.
- Administer food voucher records and distribution.
- Prepare and deliver electronic accounting reports.
- Compile data for INEGI statistical surveys.
- Process and deliver employee settlements.
- Submit DIOT information to SAT portal.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accounting Clerk.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and CONTPAQi.
- Familiarity with electronic accounting and DIOT processes.
- Basic understanding of tax and payroll regulations.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
